Refund Policy

Try every Pro feature before you buy. Our free trial gives you time to check that Gaze works for you and your Mac.

Try before you pay

Gaze includes a 14-day Pro trial starting on first launch. You get every Pro feature, free, with no card and no automatic charge. If the trial ends and you choose not to buy, you simply keep the free core of Gaze.

New purchases

We do not offer refunds solely because you change your mind after purchasing Gaze Pro. Please use the free trial to check that Gaze meets your needs before buying.

Refund exceptions and your rights

• Duplicate payments: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate payment.
• Unresolved technical problems: if Pro does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we will refund your purchase.
• Required refunds: we honor refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider's terms.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel or receive a refund, or your rights under Lava.top's terms.

Purchases under our previous guarantee

If you bought Gaze Pro under our previous 30-day money-back guarantee, that guarantee still applies to your purchase. Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@iney.app from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your receipt or order reference so we can find your purchase.
• For a billing or technical issue, briefly describe what happened. Purchases covered by our previous guarantee need no explanation.
• We will review your request and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Payments and approved refunds are handled through Lava.top. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

Once a purchase is refunded, the associated Gaze Pro license is deactivated. You can keep using the free core of Gaze, and you are welcome to buy Pro again later.
