We want you to buy Gaze Pro only if it genuinely helps you. That is why there is a free trial before you pay, and a full money-back guarantee after.

Try before you pay

Every install of Gaze includes a 14-day Pro trial. You get every Pro feature, free, with no payment and no card required – so you can decide before spending anything. If the trial ends and you choose not to buy, you simply keep the free core of Gaze.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy Gaze Pro and it is not for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full – no questions asked. You do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@iney.app from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order email or receipt – that is all we need to find your purchase.
• We will confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Your purchase is handled by Lava.top, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lava.top. The exact time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider, but it is typically a few business days.

After a refund

Once a purchase is refunded, the associated Gaze Pro license is deactivated. You can keep using the free core of Gaze, and you are welcome to buy Pro again later.
